CEZ, Inc. Board of Directors Monthly Meeting

It is the policy of the City of Columbia that the meetings and records of the CEZ, Inc. are open to the public for inspection and copying pursuant to, and subject to any limitations of, the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), S.C. Code Ann. 30-4-10 et seq. (1976, as amended). Public Notice of this meeting is properly posted and provided to any requesting persons, organizations, or news media in compliance with Section 30-4-80 of the S.C. Freedom Information Act.
